Coaching for Sustainable Active Living:
A 1-day workshop
Helping clients bridge the gap between health intentions and lasting action
About the workshop
Health consciousness continues to be high in the post-pandemic era and coaches are uniquely placed to help clients think and act in support of their health and wellbeing. Although many coaches lack formal healthcare training, it is possible to help without overstepping boundaries of competence.
How? Via the collaborative, person-centered Health Activation Process that seeks to develop personal agency over health outcomes by helping clients:
i. Explore their natural affinity for active living.
ii. Develop intrinsically interesting health intentions and goals.
iii. Examine self-limiting beliefs and immunity to change factors.
iv. Build the confidence needed for better self-management.
